enza posso capire le tue perplessità a riguardo dei supermercati bio oppure quei servizi bio ceste che ti mandano i prodotti molto bio e poco sostenibili che arrivano dall'altro capo del mondo.
Essere certificati o appartenere a certi circuiti è molto costoso e alcune realtà non ce la fanno a ottenere queste cose pur essendo eccellenti. Siamo d'accordo nell'andare oltre ai vari bollini blu. Credo nel passaparola, quello gratuito e non quello da marchetta commerciale, ma so che in questo senso siamo molto in sintonia.
Trovo che questi ragazzi abbiano messo insieme molte delle loro convinzioni e dei loro orientamenti, del loro gusto personale e ne abbiano fatto uscire un lavoro egregio. E non è poco di questi tempi.

Sul prezzo dei catering da matrimonio, nello specifico, spero di poter sfatare il mito del 'costoso perchè bio/equo solidale/politicamente corretto/ da ricchi con dei dati alla mano.
Il matrimonio in particolare è una di quelle parole che fa lievitare i prezzi non poco e non c'è servizio di catering che costi poco.
La materia prima per cucinare non fa lievitare i prezzi, lo fanno i ricarichi sulle bevande, sugli allestimenti e il costo del lavoro. Chi usa un catering come Zenzero, credo, condivide anche un'idea di sobrietà, di stile di vita che, occhio, non vuol dire trascuratezza o impoverimento dell'offerta e questo certamente deve pesare sul bilancio finale.

Ma queste sono parole al vento, care enza e mammina, almeno finchè non facciamo il conto della serva e confrontiamo.

segnalazione molto interessante: pensa che qui a Paicenza la bottega equosolidale vorrebbe proprio buttarsi sul catering perchè hanno molte richieste che però riescono a soddisfare solo in minima parte. tra 10 giorni farò infatti la cuoca volontaria per un mini buffet!

perfetta come chiusura del bellissimo libro che ho appena finito di leggere e che si chiama la fortuna non esiste.
sul bio e giù di lì ho ancora un parere non ben definito.
preferisco i fornitori anche non certificati ma produttori diretti (almeno per le cose reperibili in zona) piuttosto che il supermercato biologico.
mammina non ha poi tutti i torti a dire che costa ancora troppo per essere alla portata di tutti.
in ogni caso questi ragazzi sembrano avere una marcia in più e volentieri li adotterei.
sai che c'è? che se penso al naturasi mi vien voglia di cambiare supermercato, non so come dire lo trovo finto ma sicuramente è un mio limite.
mi sembra che questi ragazzi abbiano una dimensione umana che abbatte la mia diffidenza.
